We Are the Champions

The WTBA World Tenpin Bowling Championships is an international event and it is also invitational, meaning all countries all over the world as long as they are members of the WTBA are free to join and compete. The organization chooses a country as venue every two years and the tournament is divided into different categories, there is a competition for men and another for women, it can be singles, doubles, even trio and team contest.

According to the medal history the top three countries under the female category are the United States of American with sixteen medals, Sweden comes next with six gold medals and the Philippines with an overall medal tally of eleven.
